However, Obama has 22M followers and Romney has 1.7M. Which puts Obama at 13M humans and Romeny at 1.2M.

It’s kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy because after you reach a point, the announcers make note of it every game. So, eventually the QB is going to toss one or more INTs.
But anytime they start whacking it to the no INT stat I start expecting a multiple INT game.

@Ben Franklin:

This isn’t about Bengazi. It’s about emails being read on his computer when he wasn’t there. I say it’s about poor judgement.
DIA is usually at State places abroad.
Who calls the FBI because they are fearful for their life?
If you’re getting death threats via e-mail, the FBI is in charge of investigating that — your local cops don’t have the jurisdiction.
It’s starting to sound like the reason Petraeus had to resign is not that he was cheating on his wife, but that he was cheating on his mistress, too.
ETA: Who was that buddy of Giuliani’s who went to jail for corruption because he was skimming 9/11 funds? He got busted for that because his mistress was pissed off that he had a second girlfriend at the same time, so she turned him in. I can’t remember if Judith Regan was the mistress or the second GF, but she was definitely screwing him.
@Mnemosyne:
I’m going with State Department on this.
The security of Blue Mountain was bad. They are a small contractor. State contracted them
All in all, I think Obama wasn’t told about the messages from Libya about security. He would have increased it right away and quietly.
What kind of “conspiracy” is a powerful man having a little something on the side?
That is not what I meant. There has been a whole lot of crap put forth by the righties, after this resignation was announced yesterday, that his resignation is all part of the Obama cover-up on Benghazi. Their crap is bad enough, but it seems to me after reading Marcy Wheeler’s piece that she is also trying to spin some kind of conspiracy theory.
I believe, until I see otherwise, that Petraeus got caught “with his pants down” because of Broadwell’s threatening e-mails. Since this was going to become public as a result of the FBI investigation, he did the correct and honorable thing — resign. His indiscretion by itself wasn’t the problem, but he is an able enough leader to know that his leadership position as Director of the CIA would be undermined if he continued in that post. It’s too bad, i think, because, in spite of his obvious ego, he is a pretty gifted leader.
63.

@JPL: FWIW, Richard Engel(on Maddow’s show) suggested someone in the CIA dropped the dime on Petraeus because he had ruffled a lot of feathers in the Agency since becoming Director.

If there’s only one undefeated team in the country, that team will be playing Alabama in the title game provided ‘Bama ends their season with this one loss.
And if ‘Bama wins, I’m going to be ticked. Because only ‘Bama (or any other SEC team for that matter) can lose at home and still get a top-four or five ranking. Any other undefeated team in any other conference losing at home falls to 7th at least. God, I hate the SEC.

@sb: It’s the stronger conference. One loss there is not the same as a loss in the West Coast Peewee League Pac-10. If anything the press loves them some SEC losses.
I have missed some of the weirdest college football games in history, including two just this weekend.
I went to Davidson, where, as a member of the pep band, I missed only one home football game in four years. It turned out to be one in ’79, my sophomore year, in which Davidson lost 63-55 in a game that set a half-dozen NCAA records (many of them for futility) and got written about in Sports Illustrated. I don’t think Davidson football had been written about in Sports Illustrated since the ’69 Peach Bowl and it may never happen again.
Then this weekend, because of schoolwork, I missed the UNC-Georgia Tech game mentioned above.
But worst of all, I missed the game of my employer, Division III Greensboro College, which was played half a mile from my house. A dozen individual, team and conference records were set or tied, including a ridonkulous 38 completions on 59 attempts for 598 passing yards and 4 TDs by Greensboro QB Ryan Throndset.

Mr Stagger Lee
I must confess I have a negative bias towards Texas except El Paso(loved El Paso), but I mus admit I was cheering for the Aggies! You gigged them good! Oh BTW it must have been double punch for White Alabama fans first a Blah President is re-elected now a Blah football coach beat their ‘Tide,. 12th man baby!
Cassidy
@sb: It’s the stronger conference. One loss there is not the same as a loss in the
West Coast Peewee LeaguePac-10. If anything the press loves them some SEC losses.sb
@Cassidy:
Um… nice dig.
(grumbles, walks away muttering…)

Woof
Raven
“Auburn’s defense is putting them in a non-competitive situation” No shit.
Evolving Deep Southerner
@Raven: That’s right up there with “Well, obviously, the team that scores the most points in the game is gonna win.”
