now may form a majority of the board at the principled libertarian Cato Institute:
The Cato Institute will be governed by members rather than shareholders. The members will be the directors of the Institute and will elect their own successors. Initially, the Board will include 12 long-term Cato directors, including David Koch. They will be joined by three other Koch designees and Allison, who has the option to nominate one or two additional directors. Charles Koch, Crane, and Washburn will not be on the Board.
Allison is the guy the Kochs put in to run the place when they booted the old head.
Koch + 3 Kochs + Allison + 2 Allisons = 7 Koch whores. Out of
12 16 to 18.

Update. Commenter Southern Beale says that 3 Kochs + Allison + 2 Allisons is in addition to the twelve long term members. So there will be between 16 and 18 members, of whom between 5 and 7 are obvious Koch whores.
I suspect that they end up with a majority when you add it all up. There’s probably a few loyalists out of the 12.
