Balloon Juice

Come for the politics, stay for the snark.

The revolution will be supervised.

JFC, are there no editors left at that goddamn rag?

All your base are belong to Tunch.

We still have time to mess this up!

Verified, but limited!

I personally stopped the public option…

Something seems odd about that, but i have been drinking.

The cruelty is the point; the law be damned.

A sufficient plurality of insane, greedy people can tank any democratic system ever devised, apparently.

Whoever he was, that guy was nuts.

How do you get liars to care about the truth?

Since when do we limit our critiques to things we could do better ourselves?

… riddled with inexplicable and elementary errors of law and fact

False Scribes! False Scribes!

They fucked up the fucking up of the fuckup!

I really should read my own blog.

This blog goes to 11…

Impressively dumb. Congratulations.

Reality always lies in wait for … Democrats.

It’s the corruption, stupid.

This is how realignments happen…

Reality always wins in the end.

Han shot first.

Good luck with your asparagus.

Tonight, I told my dog, Charlotte, that I was wondering why there weren’t more sensible Republicans in the race. She looked at me as though I was stupid. I understood. Smart dog.

    Sensible Republican is an oxymoron.

    (Emphasis on the “moron”)

That’s a lab for you. They believe that most partisan issues can be resolved with more treats followed by some nice pets. Nature’s liberals is what they are.

As a professional grammar Nazi, I can say that this is the correct form.

That would be object pronoun as opposed to subject pronoun? I always put a verb after it and see if it sounds right or not. I am or me am? It’s when you try to learn another language that you wish you’d paid more attention to grammar in school.
