Tim may remember some discussion we had in another venue concerning the “outing” of Valerie Plame as a CIA operative, and whether nefarious dealing were afoot or it was no-big-deal.
Now that we seem to know (to the extent on can “know”) that he who first Spake the Name of Plame to a reporter was a well-known old State Dept. gossip named Richard Armitage…
Should we now try Mr. Armitage for treason, find him guilty, and string him up by his nuts?
Or is Plame-gate “just one of those things”? (Ha-ha… never mind… nothing to see here, folks…)
