IMO, we’re more likely to nuke NK than to invade it, and a withering conventional attack with aircraft and missiles is more likely yet. The sticking point is the artillery pointed at Seoul, and it is the factor that is most likely to lead to the use of nuclear weapons.

I don’t think we’re actually going to invade NK. If you read StrategyPage, the author of one of the most recent entries on North Korea states that because some TV news networks have discussed the possibility of a U.S. attack on North Korea, the North Koreans (being a police state and all) take it as a signal that Washington is planning an invasion and is telegraphing its intentions.
