The more I read, the less convinced I am that Scott Peterson killed his wife. Statistics alone would lead me to believe he is guilty, and I still think there is no way in hell he will get a fair trial. We shall see.

John, I fail to see why Jerilyn’s comments should cause you to change your opinion of the Peterson case.

I agree with Robin. There’s nothing fishy or particularly worrying about the wire tap that might jeopardize the prosecution’s case. Unless of course they did listen in on privileged conversations with his attorney. In which case evidence discovered as a result of that tap might be inadmissable at trial. But that still doesn’t effect the facts of the case. Why does TalkLeft’s post cause you doubt that wasn’t already there?

It wasn’t those particular comments. It was just everything added up- I still think he is guilty, but I get the feeling he is being railroaded.
