I shoveled for an hour, making a path through the 2 feet of snow to my car, at which point I started to dig my car out. After I got one shovelful out of the way, the snowplow came and plowed me in deeper than I was before. I threw my shovel at them and I went inside.
Fortunately, this pictured really cheered me up.

I like hearing about the snow. . . because I am completely away from it. In fact, we have hardly had a winter in the Pacific Northwest. Flowers are actually in bloom, now.

I usually love the snow- but this is the first winter where it has been annoying. It never accumulated, but snowed every night. Every morning, you had to go out and clean your car to get the inch or so off. I like it when it snows like this- except I was unsure if the university would be open tomorrow.

Snow? Keep it!
I’ll take hurricanes any time.
My personal Mason-Dixon line is I-10, anything north of that (Houston/San Antonio, etc.) is Yankee and means cold to me.
